Pickup, Shipping and Returns




  • Free Curbside Pickup available for all orders.  Default curbside pickup from LUXE Kildeer location (20771 N Rand Rd, Kildeer IL 60047)

  • Please note in order comments if you would like to pick up at Vernon Hills location (863 N Milwaukee Ave, Vernon Hills IL 60061)   




  • Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders Over $100.  All order under $100 will be shipped with a flat $5 shipping rate.


  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Most orders placed after 3p.m. CST will be processed the next business day.

  • Unless otherwise specified, we ship USPS - Priority. Please allow approximately five business days for processing and shipping (may take longer)

  • Occasionally an item is damaged in shipping. If that is the case, notify us immediately and we will reply with further information about what to do next.  Please do not dispose of the damaged merchandise or packaging unless instructed to do so. Disposal of the damaged merchandise or packaging without our authorization may void any damage claim and no credit or replacement will be issued.




  • Returns are accepted on items that are in the same condition as when we sent them. Items must not be used, worn, or washed and must have all tags and or packaging in place.

  • All returns need to be approved by LUXE wearhouse before the merchandise is sent back.  Please follow the return instructions included in the package.

  • Return web orders within 7 days of receiving for a refund on your credit card. Returns must be post marked within this 7 day period, the customer is responsible for return postage. We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Exchanges can be made, depending on availability, within the 10 day period.

  • In store purchases may be returned within 7 days for refund or 14 days for exchange or store credit.

  • Sale items noted as "Final Sale" are nonreturnable.

  • Face masks are final sale.

  • All custom made special orders are final sales.

  • If you have an error, defect, or damage in your shipment please email and we'll do our best to make it right.




  • Items shipped within Illinois will have 7.5% Sales Tax added to the order. 




  • Coupons and special offers cannot be applied to previously purchased merchandise.

  • We do not offer price adjustments.

  • Some of our items are one of a kind, or available in limited quantities. Occasionally these items will appear available online when they are in fact sold out. We will contact you as soon as possible, to let you know we are unable to fill the order. You will not be charged for items that are not shipped.
